Bianco d’Alessano (38%) - Ricca Terra Farms, Barmera, Riverland
Fermented separately and blended prior to bottling, mingle to deliver a vibrant yet soft and textural wine.
Fiano the texture and the soft medium melon fruits of Bianco d’Alessano - but there is also a bit of artifact tasted here too. The hand-picked Fiano was made in bright, tank fermented styles, Bianco d’Alessano crushed to the press for some skin contact.
