Case Vineyard – Right by the creek, Langhorne Creek.
Vibrancy comes from picking the fruit early in its flavor development and throwing some whole bunches in the ferment. While crunchy and bright it also has a touch of savouriness to finish off.
It is the cool nights yet hot days that make Langhorne Creek such a good spot for Montepulciano, and the free draining sandy loams that it is grown on make for a bright energetic fragrant wine.
This wine see’s only old French oak, it is wild fermented, unfined and unfiltered.
